GRILLED MACKEREL RECIPE SPICE TURMERIC

Sometimes when we are planning to bake fish for food together or alone, must require a little extra spice that these fish have a little bit of flavor if eaten. If not, the fish will taste bland mouthfeel and feels a bit lazy to spend the food. Here are ways to cook / bake mackerel are good. In order to taste the fish we grilledmore palatable.


Ingredients:
3 tail mackerel (± 500 grams / fish)
400 ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Subtle Spices (Sauce):
7 pieces of red pepper
5 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm turmeric
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make Grilled Mackerel Cooking Spice Turmeric:
1. Soak mackerel in salt and  lemon juice, and leave on for 30 mins.
2. Cook delicate spices and coconut milk until thick. Soak fish in it for ± 30 minutes.
3. Grilled fish and occasionally smeared with coconut milk.
4. Serve the grilled fish along with the sauce.
