Grilled Pomfret Fish Recipe

Sometimes when we are planning to bake fish for food together or alone, must require a little extra spice that these fish have a little bit of flavor if eaten. If not, the fish will taste bland mouthfeel and feels a bit lazy to spend the food. Here are ways to cook / bake fish taste good so we grilled fish more palatable. Have a try.


Spices:
onion to taste
garlic to taste
hazelnut taste
Turmeric (just a little)
salt to taste

How To Make / Cook:
1. Pomfret split into 2 parts widened, but try not to break up
2. give the lime juice and salt on the meat pomfret
3. All the ingredients are listed above pulverized into powder, then rub on all surfaces covered by seasoning the fish up.
4. Grilled each side for 10 minutes. If using an oven burn, wear flame top (broil).

Sauce To Complement The Dishes:
1. Fresh Shrimp Paste Sauce (Not Fried):
shrimp paste
tomatoes
cayenne
Red onions (a little)
All pulverized and do not need to be salt, as condiment usually already have a salty taste. No need added Javanese sugar / sugar

2. Soy Sauce:
cayenne pepper
Shallots
tomatoes
soy sauce
